Specifically, the following:

• [...] 3.8 The creation of screenshots, screen shots or prints of the application are not permitted. The passing on of such, as well as the passing on and further use of names, trademarks, texts, representations, graphics, logos, files, attachments or text parts contained in the application may only take place in exceptional cases with the explicit, written consent of apron:pilot. [...]

and

• [...] 5.1 In the event that faults, defects or damage are detected in the system, users or administrators should report these immediately - either via the integrated error reporting tool or directly by e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Documentation by means of time information and screenshots is desired. [...]

We have therefore specified and clarified point 3.8:

• [...] 3.8   The creation of screenshots or prints of the application is not permitted, with the exception of reporting faults, defects or damage or as an attachment for questions or feedback directly to apron:pilot. The passing on of such, as well as the passing on and further use of names, marks, texts, illustrations, graphics, logos, files, attachments or text parts contained in the application may only take place in exceptional cases with the explicit, written consent of apron:pilot. [...]

We do not consider a new confirmation of the terms of use to be necessary, as the point has only been concretized and no new conditions arise for users.
