On February 15th, 2024 it's that time again! Update 1.2.1 will follow with a few new features & bug fixes.
Here are a few details:
- AnonyMode: This enables groups so that pilots cannot see the data of other people, such as names, telephone numbers, etc. Only one aircraft is shown as occupied in the calendar, the member overview is hidden. Only administrators and power users have full access to all data. This feature is particularly interesting for commercial charter companies whose customers do not want their data to be visible to other members
- Upload attachments to invoices: Any attachments or files can be uploaded to invoices and sent by email. Particularly relevant if, for example, a screenshot of the logbook is also sent with invoices.
- Invoice due date in the dashboard: If an invoice due date has passed, this is prominently displayed to the user in the dashboard
- Extension of the "Hide personal data" function: The function is extended & improved
- Reservation reminder: Pilots are notified by e-mail at a configurable interval before a reservation is made
- Notifications to administrator/power user: If a reservation has been entered, an e-mail notification follows (configurable)
- Credit / aircraft-specific prices can be edited, even if they have already been charged - postponed to next release
- Logbook filtering will be improved (new filtering by person, departure & destination)
- Various technical improvements "under the hood" that are not visible to users :-)
